She's a graduate of the University of Warsaw's Law & Administration Department, and the University of London's Development Studies program in the School of Oriental and African Studies. She's Co-founder and President of the Panoptykon Foundation, that deals with human rights protection in the context of new technology development. She's also Vice-President of European Digital Rights, a coalition of over 30 organisations. Katarzyna serves as an advisor to the Icelandic Modern Media Initiative and to the Minister for Administration and Digitalisation in Poland.
